Availability
Podl is available now on the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch, and on the Garmin Connect IQ Store for compatible Garmin watches. The Android app is coming soon.
Device compatibility
Podl supports iPhone and Apple Watch, with a Connect IQ app for compatible Garmin music watches. Android is coming soon. Check the relevant store listing for current operating-system and device requirements.
Downloads and offline listening
Episodes must be downloaded to a watch before it can play them without a phone or live connection. Available storage, battery level, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth conditions can all affect preparation and playback.

How do I pair a Garmin watch?
Follow the pairing instructions in the phone app and Garmin app. Pairing connects the watch to your Podl account; it does not grant access to health or activity data.
Why has my listening position not updated yet?
The device may still be offline or waiting for an opportunity to sync. Reconnect the watch and phone, open podl on the relevant devices and allow a little time for the update.
Why is an episode not available on my watch?
Check that it was selected for the watch and completed its download. Storage, network interruption or a publisher’s audio host can prevent a transfer from finishing.
Can I delete my podl account?
Yes. You can delete your account from the Podl app. For privacy questions, contact feedback@podl.uk.
How do I unsubscribe from product emails?
Use the unsubscribe form with the address you originally submitted.
