Podcasts on Garmin
Your podcasts.
Ready to run.
podl brings your podcast library to compatible Garmin music watches for phone-free listening, with playlists and progress kept in sync.
Build your library in Podl
Follow shows and organise playlists in Podl on Android or iPhone. Pair your Garmin to the same Podl account with a short code, then browse your podcasts and playlists from the watch.
Choose what comes with you
Add a playlist or individual episode on your Garmin, then download the audio over Wi-Fi. Once it is stored on the watch, connect Bluetooth headphones and leave your phone behind.
- Browse podcasts and playlists on the watch
- Download selected episodes for offline listening
- Play through Garmin’s native audio player
Carry on in the right place
Refresh Podl on Garmin to send listening position and completion back to your account and import newer progress from your other Podl devices. You can continue without hunting for the right timestamp.
Designed around movement
The Garmin experience keeps the essentials close: downloaded podcasts, selected playlists, native playback and refresh controls. Synced playlists carry up to 25 episodes on the watch, with ordering controlled from Garmin.

Does podl use Garmin health or activity data?
No. The podl Garmin app is for podcast playback and syncing. It does not collect activity, location, health or ANT+ sensor data.
